"Good product, but the packaging was disappointing"
I had mixed feelings about this one. The item itself seemed fine, but the box arrived crushed, which was disappointing to see. I was relieved nothing appeared to be damaged, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better.

"Prices felt way too high"
I stopped in after running a few errands nearby, everything just felt overpriced. I don’t mind paying more if the quality is really there, but in this case it didn’t feel like it matched what I paid. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but I left feeling like I spent more than I should have.

"First impression wasn’t great"
My first impression was disappointing. I ordered two Juilliard shirts in different sizes, but one showed up in the wrong size and the other was a different color than what I picked. Shipping was fine, so I thought everything would be straightforward, but the accuracy of the order really threw me off. I emailed customer service and it took a little while to get a response. It’s not the worst shopping experience I’ve had, but for such a simple order, I expected it to go a lot smoother

I ordered from juilliardstore.com thinking it would arrive in time for a gift, but the shipping took forever. I barely got any updates, so I was just sitting there wondering, how long is this supposed to take? By the time it finally showed up, it was already late. Frustrating, honestly, what’s the point of ordering ahead if it still doesn’t arrive on time?

"I thought the Juilliard store would have..."
I thought the Juilliard store would have a lot more to offer, but apparently not. The selection was small, and of course a bunch of the items I was hoping to find weren’t there. Sizes and options felt limited too, which is always fun when you’re just trying to buy a decent gift or some school merch. Kind of disappointing, especially for a place like Juilliard.

"Helpful in the end, but way too slow"
I ordered a shirt and had a quick question about the shipping, and the customer service response took longer than I expected. It was frustrating because I felt kind of ignored for a few days, but at the same time, once they finally got back to me, they were polite and did sort it out. So I can’t say it was terrible, but I also wouldn’t call it a great experience

"Checkout was a pain for me"
I’ll admit I get annoyed quickly when payment pages act up, but this checkout really frustrated me. My payment failed twice for no clear reason, and then it finally went through on the third try. Glad it worked in the end, but the whole thing felt way more stressful than it needed to.

"The exchange did eventually go through..."
The exchange did eventually go through, so I guess I have to give them credit for that, but it took way longer than I expected. The product itself was fine, but dealing with the return felt like more of a hassle than it should’ve been

"Frustrating website that doesn’t inspire much confidence"
I found the website really hard to use. It took me way longer than it should have to find basic information, and after a while I started second-guessing whether I was even in the right place. When a site feels this confusing, I get a little cautious about trusting it or making a purchase through it

"Feels like some knockoff Juilliard shop"
I don’t know, this so-called Juilliard store just didn’t feel right to me. The branding seemed a little off, and I couldn’t really tell if it was actually tied to Juilliard or just some random site using the name. I ended up leaving without buying anything because it felt sketchy.

"Really disappointed with the quality"
I only wore it twice before it started falling apart. whoever runs this needs to take a better look at the quality because this was disappointing...
